1. Who is responsible

2. Contact enquiries
The form asks for your name, company, business email, area of interest and message. A telephone number is optional. We use this information to review your enquiry, respond and discuss the services you request. Please avoid including passwords, payment credentials or sensitive personal information.
Submitted details are sent through Resend to our corporate mailbox. After the team notification is accepted, we send an automatic acknowledgement to the email address you provided. This is not a marketing subscription. The application does not keep a separate database of enquiry messages; copies may be held by the email delivery service and our mailbox provider.
3. Hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts and protects the production website. It processes technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and security events to serve pages and prevent abuse. Turnstile uses browser and network signals to check contact submissions.
The form uses a random security token that expires after 30 minutes and a keyed, daily-changing digest of the request IP address for rate limiting. Rate-limit records expire after one hour; expired database records are removed during subsequent form activity. Enquiry contents are not included in application diagnostic logs.
4. Cookies and optional analytics
Essential security technologies support the website and contact form. Cloudflare Web Analytics runs only after you accept optional analytics. It measures visits and page performance without analytics cookies or cross-site tracking. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice. The contact page automatically loads a Google Maps embed to show our office location, independently of your analytics choice. Google may receive your IP address and browser information and use cookies. Details and lifetimes are listed in our cookie policy.
5. Providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, security and optional analytics; Resend provides email delivery; our corporate mailbox service receives and stores correspondence. Authorised people use enquiries to respond and provide requested services. These providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates under their service terms and applicable data protection arrangements.
We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing. Provider information is available in the Cloudflare privacy policy and Resend privacy policy.
6. Retention
Our retention policy for enquiries that do not lead to an engagement is six months after the last meaningful contact. Correspondence connected to an engagement, a legal obligation or a dispute may need to be kept longer. This period applies to our handling of enquiries; provider security logs and backups have separate retention cycles.
7. Your privacy requests
You may ask about information held about you, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing contact@aldergate.tech. We assess requests under applicable law, including any identity checks, rights and exceptions. Declining optional analytics does not affect your ability to contact us.
8. Changes
We update this page when website services or processing practices change. The date above identifies the current notice. Our contact page provides current corporate contact details.
